Among the most celebrated expressions of its category, this Barolo DOCG showcases exceptional craftsmanship. With 15% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Nebbiolo 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on vineyards of 1978, facing South-East, at an altitude of 350-370 m. above sea level. Vinification: fermentation on the skins for 25-30 days, with frequent daily pumping. The wine is aged 24 months in small French oak barrels, then at least 15-18 months in bottle. A wine true to Piedmont tradition, built for age-worthy elegance.
Piedmont is renowned worldwide for Barolo and Barbaresco, its two great Nebbiolo-based expressions.
