This Barolo DOCG stands as a benchmark for Piedmont's highest quality classification. Its 15% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Nebbiolo 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in clayey calcareous soils from different cru in the Serralunga village: San Bernardo, Ornato, Parafada, Serra e Gabutti. Vinification: fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged 24 months in big oak barrels. A wine showcasing the fog-kissed hills of the Langhe.
The region's continental climate and varied soils create ideal conditions for both indigenous and international grape varieties.
