The fruit is sourced from vineyards bunches from the vineyards of Serra, Manocino and San Bernardo on clay and limestone soils, with the presence of magnesium, iron and calcium. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts and maceration for about 25 days at a controlled temperature. The wine is aged 30 months in large Slavonian oak barrels.
