This Barolo DOCG stands as a benchmark for Piedmont's highest quality classification. At 14.5% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Nebbiolo 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards bunches from the vineyards of Serra, Manocino and San Bernardo on clay and limestone soils, with the presence of magnesium, iron and calcium. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts and maceration for about 25 days at a controlled temperature. The wine is aged 30 months in large Slavonian oak barrels.
