This prestigious Barolo DOCG represents the pinnacle of Italian winemaking excellence. At 14% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Nebbiolo 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from over 70-years-old vines from the famous Vigna Rionda cru from Serralunga d’Alba at 350 metres above sea level, faced to South. Vinification: fermentation with indigenous yeasts in concrete vats for about 28 days. The wine is aged 36 months in big oak barrels. A wine true to Piedmont tradition, built for age-worthy elegance.
Piedmont is renowned worldwide for Barolo and Barbaresco, its two great Nebbiolo-based expressions.
