Crafted from Nebbiolo 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Barolo, Monforte d'Alba and Novello at 300 meters on sea level, clayey, loamy and sandy soils. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel casks for 7-8 days, emerged cap maceration continued in a submerged cap maceration. The wine is aged 24 months in second-hand Slavonian oak casks.
