This Barolo DOCG stands as a benchmark for Piedmont's highest quality classification. Its 15% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Nebbiolo 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in clayey calcareous soils from Ornato cru from Serralunga d’Alba, between 300 and 395 m above sea level faced to South. Vinification: fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged 24 months in big oak barrels. A wine true to Piedmont tradition, built for age-worthy elegance.
Piedmont is renowned worldwide for Barolo and Barbaresco, its two great Nebbiolo-based expressions.
