This Barolo DOCG stands as a benchmark for Piedmont's highest quality classification. With 15% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Nebbiolo 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in clayey calcareous soils from Parafada cru from Serralunga d’Alba, between 260 and 370 m above sea level faced to South. Vinification: fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged 24 months in big oak barrels and at least 12 in bottle. A wine true to Piedmont tradition, built for age-worthy elegance.
Piedmont is renowned worldwide for Barolo and Barbaresco, its two great Nebbiolo-based expressions.
