This Barolo DOCG stands as a benchmark for Piedmont's highest quality classification. Its 13% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Nebbiolo 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards nearly fifty year old vines located in a subarea called Ravera in Monforte d’Alba. Vinification: destemmed grapes ferment without inoculated yeasts and without sulfur for about a month. The wine is aged 24 months in 400 litres barrels. A wine combining Piedmont's trademark power with finesse and complexity.
Piedmontese winemaking combines meticulous attention to detail with deep respect for tradition.
