Tasting Notes

This Barolo DOCG stands as a benchmark for Piedmont's highest quality classification. Its 14.5% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Nebbiolo 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from vines from the area of Val di Mezzane, at 350 metres above sea level, with south-east exposition and with guyot system. From biodynamic and organic agricolture. Vinification: in steel, at controlled temperature, with automatic replacement, maceration for 30 days with submerged cap. The wine is aged 24 months oak casks from Slavonia. A wine combining Piedmont's trademark power with finesse and complexity.
