This Barolo DOCG stands as a benchmark for Piedmont's highest quality classification. With 15% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Nebbiolo 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from the famous Cannubi cru with southern and south-eastern exposure on soils composed of limestone (45%), sand (35%) and clay (20%). Vinification: fementation for 20 days and maceration on the skins for 30 days. The wine is aged 60 months in bug wood barrels. A wine true to Piedmont tradition, built for age-worthy elegance.
Piedmontese winemaking combines meticulous attention to detail with deep respect for tradition.
