Crafted from Nebbiolo 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards old vines in the Rocche di Castiglione cru, on mainly sandy soil at an altitude of 350 metres. Vinification: spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts for 15-20 days, without filtering. The wine is aged 24 months in Slavonian and French oak barrels, then in bottle without filtration. A wine combining Piedmont's trademark power with finesse and complexity.
