The fruit is sourced from vineyards marenca - Rivette from Serralunga d’Alba, in a marny soil at 370 m above sea level, faced to South and South-West. Vinification: fermentation in steel tanks with maceration for about 3 weeks. The wine is aged 12 months in barriques and 12 in big oak barrels. A wine true to Piedmont tradition, built for age-worthy elegance.
