Beer Pale Ale 'Oppale' 32 - Via dei Birrai

This distinctive wine from Veneto embodies traditional Italian winemaking heritage. At 5.5% alcohol, it stays light on its feet without sacrificing character. Crafted from Lambrusco Grasparossa, small part of Malbo Gentile, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at 200 meters of altitude from vines of 15 years on clay soil. Vinification: fermentation in steel with indigenous yeasts and second fermentation in bottle with ancestral method. A wine reflecting the varied microclimates between Lake Garda and the Dolomites.
