This exceptional Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC showcases the authentic character of Alto Adige. At 13.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Chardonnay and other typical white grapes, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in the town of Barolo, in Terlo at an altitude of 310 m. above sea level. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in French oak barrels. The wine is aged 10 months in barrique, then 6 months in bottle. A wine reflecting the region's cool mountain climate and precise winemaking.
Alto Adige combines Italian and Austrian winemaking traditions in Italy's northernmost wine region.
