Crafted from White grapes, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from the vineyards placed at 700 meters above sea level on terraces bordered by dry stone walls, called paraccine. Vinification: spontaneous alcohol fermentation by indigenous yeasts with long maceration on the skins in palmenti, ancient cement tanks used to collect rainwater in the past. The wine is aged 48 months on the lees in bottle. A wine true to Campania's tradition of structured, age-worthy wines.
