This distinctive wine from Campania embodies traditional Italian winemaking heritage. With 13% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Uve bianche, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on hills at 220 meters on sea level, marly-clayey soils with ponka stone, at San Floriano del Collio. Vinification: long spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and maceration on the skins in a hulled terracotta container the size of a barrique, called Tiano, with "solera" method. The wine is aged 7 months in steel vats. A wine showing the volcanic and mineral character typical of Campania's soils.
Campania is home to celebrated indigenous varieties like Aglianico, Fiano and Greco.
