A fine example of Umbria winemaking, this Torgiano DOC reflects generations of local expertise. Its 13% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Trebbiano 50%, Vermentino 30%, Grechetto 20%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards doppio Guyot breeding system, located in 'Vigna il Pino' on calcareous and clayey soils and west facing. Vinification: cryomaceration of the grapes. 30% of the must ferments in barrique; the remaining 70% ferments in steel. The wine is aged in barriques for 4-6 months for 30% and in steel tanks for 70%. Then at least 3 years in bottle. A wine showing the elegant, structured style typical of Umbrian reds.
