Grechetto Raina

This distinctive wine from Umbria embodies traditional Italian winemaking heritage. With 12.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Grechetto 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards cultivated according to the Guyot system in a hilly soil at 220 m above sea level. Organic and biodynamic farming. Vinification: maceration on the skins for 6 hours in steel tanks, soft pressing and spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Without filtrations. The wine is aged 6 months on the lees in steel vats. A wine reflecting Umbria's hillside terroir at the heart of Italy.
