Produced in Umbria, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. At 13% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Trebbiano Spoletino 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards cultivated according to the Guyot system in a hilly soil at 220 m above sea level, faced to South East. Organic and biodynamic farming. Vinification: maceration on the skins for 4 days in steel tanks, soft pressing and spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Without filtrations. The wine is aged 6 months on the lees in concrete vats. A wine reflecting Umbria's hillside terroir at the heart of Italy.
