Crafted from Durella 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in San Giovanni Ilarione from 60-year-old vines on clayey-limestone soils at 300-500 meters above sea level with southern and south-east exposure. Vinification: spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts and in contact with the skins. The wine is aged 10 months in steel vats (50%) and 25hl wooden vats (50%).
