Produced in Tuscany, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. Its 13% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Chardonnay 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards soils predominantly composed of fine sand and silt with calcareous Alberese clasts and rare traces of clay. Vinification: soft pressing, spontaneous alcoholic fermentation without added yeast in cement vats. The wine is aged a few months in steel tanks. A wine true to the storied winemaking heritage of Tuscany.
