Crafted from Caprettone 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Terzigno (Vigna La Rotonda) at 250-350 meters above sea level, on sandy and volcanic soils. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in amphorae with maceration on the skins for 21 days. The wine is aged 70% in steel for 8 months, 30% in amphora for 4 months and in steel for the remaining 4 months. A wine reflecting Campania's ancient viticultural roots stretching back to Roman times.
