The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Terzigno (Colonel's vineyard) at 250 meters above sea level on volcanic-sandy soils. Vinification: alcoholic and malactic fermentation in steel and maceration on the skins for 10 days. The wine is aged 10 months in steel tanks.
