A fine example of Alto Adige winemaking, this Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC reflects generations of local expertise. With 14.5% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco, Sauvignon, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from 400-550 metres above sea level. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature. The wine is aged 12 months in wooden barrels and then at least 3 years in the bottle. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
