Produced in Emilia Romagna, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. Its modest 11.5% alcohol content favours freshness and drinkability. Crafted from White grapes, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on calcareous and clay soil on the sweet hills near Piacenza. Vinification: spontaneous fermentation with 6 months maceration in steel vats.
