The fruit is sourced from vineyards old sapling vines located at 200-400 meters above sea level in the San Marco Argentano area. Vinification: spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts and maceration on the skins for 3 days. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks and fiberglass tanks.
