Crafted from Merlot 60%, Cabernet Sauvignon 20%, Cabernet Franc 15%, Petit Verdot 5%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards cultivated according to the guyot system in a clayey calcareous soil. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature with maceration of the skins for 20/30 days. The wine is aged 12 months in 5 hectolitre French oak barrels.
