Crafted from Merlot 50%, Cabernet Sauvignon 40%, Syrah 10%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from 20-year-old vines on soil of medium texture, rich in skeleton. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel at controlled temperature with maceration on the skins. Malolactic fermentation in barrique. The wine is aged 9 months in aged barrique.
