A fine example of Tuscany winemaking, this Bolgheri DOC reflects generations of local expertise. At 14.5% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Merlot 50%, Cabernet Sauvignon 20%, Cabernet Franc 20%, Petit Verdot 10%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards cabernet Sauvignon comes from Via Bolgherese (3 hectares) and the other grapes from Le Sondraie vineyard (12 hectares). Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled steel and malolactic fermentation in barrique. The wine is aged 15 months in first and second passage barriques.
