This exceptional Bolgheri DOC showcases the authentic character of Tuscany. At 14.5% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon 70%, Cabernet Franc 30%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from the Vigna San Biagio located at 180 meters above sea level on the top of the hill with double exposure to south-east and south-west on clayey and calcareous soils. Vinification: fermentation in stainless steel vats and oak barrels at a controlled temperature. The wine is aged 12 months in French oak barriques (new and second passage) and a further 12 months in barriques and large barrels. A wine reflecting Tuscany's renowned terroir with elegant tannin structure and aging potential.
From the rolling hills of Chianti to the coastal Maremma, Tuscany's diverse terroir produces wines of exceptional character and aging potential.
