A fine example of Tuscany winemaking, this Bolgheri DOC reflects generations of local expertise. Its 14.5% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon 65%, Merlot 20% e Sangiovese 15%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. Vinification: spontaneous fermentation in open vats, without temperature control, with manual punching down 2-3 times a day and extended maceration for 3 weeks. The wine is aged 18 months in barriques of first and second passage, 12 months in bottle. A wine true to the storied winemaking heritage of Tuscany.
From the rolling hills of Chianti to the coastal Maremma, Tuscany's diverse terroir produces wines of exceptional character and aging potential.
