Crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Petit Verdot, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vineyards at 70 meters above sea level, exposed to the West, Southwest, on soils rich in limestone and clay. Vinification: maceration for 20-25 days in contact with the skins, then fermented in stainless. The wine is aged 10 months in oak barrels, then 6 months in bottle.
