Crafted from Nero d'Avola 50%, Cabernet Sauvignon 50%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vineyards exposed to south and south-east on silty and sandy soils. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature with shot maceration on the skins for the 30% of Pinot Nero and second fermentation in bottle according to the Traditional Method.
