The fruit is sourced from vineyards grapes from a historic vineyard located 400 meters above sea level in the Combai di Miane area, on stony and not very fertile soil. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts carried out almost entirely, then bottling and refermentation according to the ancestral method.
