Merlot 'Falconera' Loredan Gasparini - Venegazzù

Hailing from Veneto, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. With 13.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Merlot 90%, Malbec 10%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Grave Area at 90 metres above sea level on soils rich in marl, clay and silt. Organic and Biodynamic farming. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel vats. The wine is aged 12 months in Slavonian oak casks, 8 months in bottle. A wine embodying Veneto's winemaking heritage with fresh acidity and food-friendly character.
