Tasting Notes

This distinctive wine from Veneto embodies traditional Italian winemaking heritage. Its modest 11.5% alcohol content favours freshness and drinkability. Crafted from Glera 50%, Riesling 50% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in the territory of Serralunga d'Alba, at an altitude of 320-360 m. above sea level, on calcareous soils and vines of 10-55 years of age. Vinification: separate vinification for the 2 varieties, alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in steel, assembly before bottling. The wine is aged 6 months in steel tanks. A wine reflecting the varied microclimates between Lake Garda and the Dolomites.
