Crafted from Sangiovese 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on hilly and predominantly clayey hilly soils between 250 and 300 m a.s.l. with south-east exposure. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation with maceration on the skins for about 30 days at controlled temperature. The wine is aged up to 38 months in Slavonian oak barrels.
