The fruit is sourced from vineyards located in the north and south of Montalcino between 220 and 270 meters a.s.l. on soils with a sandy-stony matrix and exposure to the South, South-East. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation of about 7 days at a controlled temperature and prolonged contact on the skins for another 10/15 days. The wine is aged at least 24 months in wooden barrels and another 6 months in bottle. A wine capturing the sun-drenched hills of Tuscany in every glass.
