The fruit is sourced from vineyards in a clayey soil at 450 metres above sea level, faced to Soth and South-East. Vinification: soft pressing, alcoholic fermentation in concrete vats for 14-16 days and malolactic one in tonneaux. The wine is aged 24 months in medium toasted French tonneaux.
