This Brunello di Montalcino DOCG stands as a benchmark for Tuscany's highest quality classification. Its 15% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Sangiovese 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards the grapes come from crus Fiesole, Poderuccio and Podernuovo. Vinification: after a careful selection of the grapes, the fermenting vats are filled by gravity, fermentation without addition of selected yeasts, maceration for 3/4 weeks in oak open casks at controlled temperature.
