The fruit is sourced from vineyards mass selection of Sangiovese in collaboration with the University of Florence. Nastagio vineyard: at 200-220 m on clay-loam soils with good skeleton, south-west exposure. Vinification: temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks with maceration on the skins for 18-20 days.
