This Collio DOC captures the distinctive personality of Friuli Venezia Giulia terroir. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Cabernet Franc 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on hilly terrain consisting of alternating marl and sandstone at 80-200 meters above sea level. Vinification: cold maceration and alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature. The wine is aged 12 months in small oak wood barrels. A wine capturing the crisp, mineral-driven style of Friuli whites.
