This exceptional Collio DOC showcases the authentic character of Friuli Venezia Giulia. Its 12.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Cabernet Franc 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from vigna Monticchio of Tenuta Torgiano, at 300 metres of altitude and with west exposure. Vinification: alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in steel vats with maceration for 8 days. The wine is aged 12 months in steel vats. A wine showing the influence of the region's cool alpine breezes.
