A fine example of Veneto winemaking, this Colli Euganei DOC reflects generations of local expertise. Its 14% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon 90%, Merlot 6%, Carménère 4%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Monte Castello in Baone, rooted in a soil rich in marl and basalt. Vinification: soft pressing, alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks, aging on the lees for 6 months in barriques and second fermentation in bottle according to the Traditional Method. The wine is aged 12 months in barrique. A wine embodying Veneto's winemaking heritage with fresh acidity and food-friendly character.
From Lake Garda to the Dolomites, Veneto's varied geography offers microclimates suited to many different styles.
