This Colli Piacentini DOC captures the distinctive personality of Emilia Romagna terroir. With 14.5% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon 90% and Merlot 10%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards ronco and Morello vineyards, at 200 metres above sea level con clayey and loamy soils. Organic farming. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation with 12 days of skins maceration at 20°-30° in steel vats. The wine is aged 12 months in first and second passage barrels and 10 months in bottle.
