Cabernet Sauvignon Mandrarossa

A fine example of Sicily winemaking, this Sicilia DOC reflects generations of local expertise. At 13.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards medium-textured clayey soils. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation and macreation of the grapes for 10 days at a controlled temperature. The wine is aged 3 months in stainless steel tanks and 3 months in the bottle. A wine capturing Sicily's sun-soaked character and ancient viticultural roots.
