This exceptional Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC showcases the authentic character of Alto Adige. Its 15% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Olleiten, close to Kaltern at 300 metres above sea level on clayey and sandy soils of morenic origin. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel vats controlled temperature. The wine is aged 20 months in barrels of 228 litre and 4 months in bottle. A wine reflecting the region's cool mountain climate and precise winemaking.
