Crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at an altitude of 350 metres on soils rich in marine fossils and clay veins. Vinification: spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in steel. The wine is aged 10 months in steel and at least 24 months in bottle. A wine showing the elegant, structured style typical of Umbrian reds.
