A fine example of Puglia winemaking, this Cacc'e Mmitte di Lucera DOC reflects generations of local expertise. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Uva di Troia 55%, Montepulciano 30%, Bombino Bianco 15%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. Vinification: in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, favoring the prolonged contact of the skins with the must. The wine is aged in cement tanks for at least 6 months and then in bottle for a period not less than 6 months. A wine showing the sun-drenched warmth typical of Puglia's Mediterranean climate.
Puglia, Italy's sun-drenched heel, produces generous, full-bodied wines from ancient vines.
