Primitivo di Manduria Riserva Notte Rossa

This exceptional Primitivo di Manduria DOC showcases the authentic character of Puglia. At 14.5% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Primitivo 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from old sapling vines on arid red soils with calcareous-rocky substrate with high presence of iron oxides. Vinification: manual harvest with slightly overripe grapes, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in steel at controlled temperature. The wine is aged 18 months in French and American oak barrels. A wine reflecting Puglia's tradition of generous, full-bodied reds.
